Instructor Information: Mr. Basha
I am Basha, a dedicated fitness professional since 2000. My journey began in 8th grade as a rugby player, progressing to track events where I won gold in the 1500 meters twice, gold in the 800 meters, and silver in javelin in 2008. In 2009, I competed in the Asian 7s match, but a ligament injury led me to focus on boxing and karate, where I earned a state medal in the Golden Dragon style and trained in Manjuriya Kungfu under the legendary Saker Master.
I then mastered Kalarippayattu, learning the northern style from Dr. Shaji Gurukkal and the southern style in Kerala. Additionally, I studied Ashtanga Yoga under Guru Krishan Balaji and Siddha Yogam from Sadduragiri. Combining these disciplines, I created Kalari Yoga, a unique and powerful technique.
